Desirable Qualifications/Experience but not essential:
- Apprentice trained in Fabrication/Welding
- City & Guilds certification
- Experience of reading & understanding fabrication drawings

The Person:
- will have proven experience in a similar role within a machine or Tool room environment.
- able to work with manual machinery :
- good knowlege of CNC
- able to work within a small team
The Job:
Key Responsibilities:
•
Operate and maintain manual lathes, millers, and surface grinders.
Utilise CNC vertical miller (experience preferred but not essential).
Collaborate with the production team to ensure precision and quality in manufacturing.
Maintain/repair and produce press tools where necessary.
Assist in maintenance on the power presses and in the press-shop.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar role within a toolroom or machine shop environment.
Strong proficiency with manual machinery; CNC knowledge is a bonus.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

The trainee Installation Technician will learn all aspects of Blown Insulation Installation within both commercial and domestic properties under the supervision of the Lead Technician.
Location: Pershore based - although there will be significant travel associated with this role and occasional nights away.
