Toolroom /Machine shop Technician

• will have proven experience in a similar role within a machine or Tool room environment. 


• able to work with manual machinery : 


• good knowlege of CNC 


• able to work within a small team

Key Responsibilities:
•
Operate and maintain manual lathes, millers, and surface grinders.
Utilise CNC vertical miller (experience preferred but not essential).
Collaborate with the production team to ensure precision and quality in manufacturing.
Maintain/repair and produce press tools where necessary.
Assist in maintenance on the power presses and in the press-shop.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar role within a toolroom or machine shop environment.
Strong proficiency with manual machinery; CNC knowledge is a bonus.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
 proactive and adaptable mindset to support a busy production team.

this is a 39 hour working Monday - Thursday
