Hours: Monday to Friday 4 to 6 hours per day 
Location: Gloucester
Job Type: Permanent/Temp/Contract

The Job:


Our Client based in Gloucester is looking for a proactive and organised Sales and customer Service Administrator to join there growing team. This role would suit someone who enjoy working in a busy office environment and has strong communications skills and a genuine interest in technology and IT systems 


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Process sales orders from suppliers and maintain accurate records.

  • Manage contract renewals and ensure timely follow-up with clients.

  • Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups after job completion.

  • Prepare and issue quotes and proposals for customers.

  • Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional assistance.

  • Handle general office administration and record keeping.

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with both existing and potential clients.

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.

  • Support the wider team with sales and service coordination tasks.


  


Skills & Experience



  • Strong interest and knowledge of IT and computers – essential.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Confident and professional telephone manner.

  • Good attention to detail and administrative accuracy.

  • Competent in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Experience in customer service, sales administration, or IT support is advantageous.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
